Regular Business Meeting Pastors Report Sunday, July 15, 2007 PM
1. Pastor
a. Children’s Church Report
i. Ronald Wise: Ronald reported that the children's ministry is growing and God is blessing the ministry. He
emphasized that it is important to meet the children's needs and that at Hebron, the young people are really close knit
and enjoy helping each other. If you would like to support the children's ministry you can give in many ways. If you give
a monetary donation, be sure to designate it to the children's ministry or to the children's church ministry.
b. Baptisms Several In this year. Many churches didn't have any last year or for several years in fact. We
have been blessed in having several in 2006 and several to date this year with out listing names here.
c. God Adding to our numbers
i. 6 Professions of Faith VBS in 2006 and again in 2007 we rejoice with 5 young people who have asked Christ into
their hearts.
ii. Addition of Members to the Church by transfer of Letter In 2006 and year to date 2007 we also are blessed
with several that have joined by transfer of letter.
d. More interaction with Ministries As we continue to grow I will expand my interaction with the ministries of the
church. As part of this interaction, I will continue to help ministries and committees grow in effectiveness.
i. Men’s Ministries Planning with Jed leader of the Men's ministries. We enjoyed a men and boys outing as we
shared a meal and bowling together.
ii. WMU Planning with Linda and Tish These Ladies continue to lead the church in missions
ministries. Tish will lead a group to Jacksonville this month and Linda is presently on Mission in Jamaica.
e. Increasing Youth activities with emphasis on salvation and meeting needs.

iv. Special Sunday Emphasis days
1. Sunday Emphasis times by the young people from Children’s Church
f. Increasing the focus on Evangelism and outreach activities
g. God’s Direction in our Building and Grounds

i. Increasing our Sensitivity to Prayer and Bible devotions in the home & at church.
i. Prayer Pillows
j. Sunday School & Discipleship Training
i. Specific material related to Christian Growth (Survival Kit)
1. Developing Material Specific to younger Children
k. Increased follow through in Church Actions
l. Meeting with Committees & Deacons
i. Now is the time for committees to meet

ii. Continued Planning with the Church Council-----embracing full accountability church wide with planning and
